Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Eldavo DXH is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
